Keynote Address

Jebb was born in Los Angeles, California. In 1988 he became an American living in Canada. This was the genesis of the show he subsequently created for CBC Television, the Gemini award winning hit "An American in Canada". He has appeared on CBC television's Comics! As well as Comedy Now! for the Comedy Network. Jebb has also been seen as the host of CBC/Just for Laughs "All Access Pass", he has been involved with the Just For Laughs festival for the last 5 years as performer and writer plus host and performer for the Winnipeg Comedy Festival's "Sleeping with the Elephant" on CBC, "The Prairie Crop Show" and "Modern Romance Show".
