Welcome to CHES 2007!

You are cordially invited to attend CHES's annual professional Trade Show and Education Forum, which includes outstanding keynote presentations and educational programs, a first-class trade show where the latest technology is displayed, and some great social events!  The theme this year is "Managing Risks in Healthcare" and topics will cover a number of risk management procedures, issues, and problems.

A block of rooms are being held at the Calgary Marriott Hotel for CHES conference delegates at a rate of $168 single or double plus 12% taxes and fees. To receive the conference rate, please mention "CHES" when making your reservation.  All registrants are required to make their own accommodation arrangements directly with the hotel.  Any unbooked rooms will be released for general sale August 10, 2007.  The hotel is directly connected to the Calgary Telus Convention Centre.

Travel / Transportation

Arrival at Calgary International Airport

  • Airport taxis can accommodate 4 or 5 adult passengers and vans are available upon request to assist customers with excess luggage.  Fares are based on meter rates and approximate fare to Downtown Calgary is between $27 and $30 under normal conditions.
  • Airport Sedans are available on demand.  Fares are charged on a zone system at flat rates and the fare to Downtown Calgary is $40.
  • Airporter Shuttle Service is available on a scheduled basis and provides transportation to Downtown hotels.  For more information call 403-509-4799.
